S Series Combines
The John Deere S700 Series combines at Blanchard Equipment are some of the most advanced mid-range harvesters you can find, built from the ground up with the same industry-leading cab as the flagship X9 and loaded with automation technology to help you harvest more acres with fewer adjustments. With 16 locations across Georgia and South Carolina, we are your local source for S7 600, S7 700, S7 800, and S7 900 inventory for cotton, peanut, corn, and soybean operations throughout the region. Browse our S700 Series combine inventory or stop by your nearest Blanchard Equipment location to compare models.
The S7 Series was rebuilt from the ground up to bring X9 cab quality and key automation features to a mid-range machine. The most visible upgrade is the shared cab design with the X9, which delivers improved visibility, an integrated G5 CommandCenter Display, and a built-in StarFire Receiver, giving you the same operator environment as John Deere's flagship combine at a more accessible price point.
The enhanced grain loss monitoring system doubles the number of sensors on the cleaning shoe compared to previous models, giving you more accurate, real-time loss data to work with across every pass. The PowerCast residue management system distributes crop residue up to 45 feet wide while conserving up to 15 horsepower, keeping your fields properly prepared for the next crop without sacrificing efficiency during your harvest window. For cotton, peanut, and grain operations across South Georgia and the South Carolina Midlands, this combination of cab comfort and field automation makes a real difference in how many hours you can put in productively.
The S7 Series covers four models from 382 to 617 max horsepower, giving you the right fit whether you are running a few hundred acres of peanuts or thousands of acres of corn and soybeans. Below is a full comparison of the available models:

The S7 600 and S7 700 are a great fit for operations running a few hundred to a couple of thousand acres of corn, soybeans, or peanuts where the 300-bushel grain tank and JD9 9.0L engine are well-matched to the daily workload. The S7 800 and S7 900 step up to the JD14 13.6L engine and a 400-bushel grain tank for operations that need more capacity to keep pace with larger acreage across South Georgia and the Lowcountry. Both the S7 600/700 and S7 800/900 are fully compatible with John Deere's precision agriculture platform, giving you access to the same automation and data tools used on much larger machines. Key technology features available on the S7 Series include:
G5 Advanced Package - Bundles AutoPath guidance, AutoTrac Turn Automation, Machine Sync, In-Field Data Sharing, and Combine Auto Unload into a single renewable license, so you only pay for what you need and can add features over time.
Harvest Settings Automation - Available in Premium and Ultimate packages, lets you set specific target outcomes for grain loss, foreign material, and broken grain, then the combine adjusts rotor speed, fan speed, and sieve clearances automatically to hit those targets.
G5 CommandCenter Display - The same larger, faster 1080p display used in the X9 gives you more screen space and faster response time for monitoring machine performance and making adjustments on the fly.
JDLink Connected Service - Standard on both sub-series, gives our Blanchard Equipment service team remote visibility into your machine's diagnostics and fault codes, allowing proactive support before a small issue becomes a harvest-stopping breakdown.
PowerCast Residue Management - Distributes crop residue up to 45 feet wide while conserving up to 15 horsepower compared to conventional systems, keeping your soil prepared for the next crop.
With Southern harvest windows that can be tight between weather events, having your dealer able to monitor your machine's health remotely and get ahead of service needs is an advantage worth having built into your combine from day one. Click Here to learn more about our Precision Ag solutions.
